Frustrated Richmonders sound off on what they call a dangerous intersection on Monument Avenue.
Wednesday's public hearing comes just days after a father and daughter were hit by a car near the Lee Monument.
Neighbors say people don't always slow down for the traffic circle, which could be problematic in wet weather when the roads become slick.
Police records show that the roundabout averages about 14 "reported" accidents each year.
Many people we spoke to say they don't take issue with the circle, but would like to see better enforcement of the speed limit.
