RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A Richmond Public Schools bus is delayed picking up students due to an accident blocking roads.
A vehicle hit a pole and knocked down power lines near the intersection of Hopkins Road and Belt Boulevard Wednesday morning. The accident prevented bus #107 from taking the normal route to take students to Broadrock Elementary.
