HARRISONBURG, VA (WWBT) -
Three Virginia lawmakers are now calling on the Department of Justice to investigate possible voter registration fraud.
31-year-old Colin Small is charged with voter registration fraud in Rockingham county. Small was a contract worker for "Pinpoint," a Florida company that's already under investigation for more than 200 allegations of voter registration fraud.
Congressmen Jim Moran, Bobby Scott, and Gerry Connolly asked the US Attorney General Tuesday to launch a multi-state investigation.
