CeCe is a Lab mix, black female, 3 years old, 35-40 lbs, white splotch on chin and chest, big brown eyes. Thinning hair on back legs/rear end due to fleas. Was being treated when she was last seen on 10/11/2012 in the Fan at 2500-blk of Stuart Ave.
