A low to no water pressure situation in Henrico's east end has been resolved, according the a representative from the Henrico County Department of Public Utilities.
Around 3:30 p.m. Sunday, the NBC12 newsroom began receiving several phone calls from people in Henrico's east end, reporting issues with their water pressure.
Shortly after 4:00 p.m., Henrico DPU notified our newsroom the issue had been resolved, but what caused the problem remains unclear. An investigation is ongoing.
Also unknown is just how widespread the problem was, but NBC12 viewers reported problems in Varina, Highland Springs and Sandston.
