Chesterfield residents will have the chance to voice their opinions on a controversial sign in Brandermill on Tuesday night at the County Planning Commission.
The nearly two-story tall sign is said to be a traffic hazard, because it is located in the roundabout at Brandermill Parkway and Old Hundred Road. Also, the lettering is larger than county code allows.
County leaders say it is easier and less expensive to alter the sign than to remove it. The price tag to bring the sign into compliance is about $4,000.
