Virginia State Police received six new tips in the death of Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington, after the case was profiled on "America's Most Wanted."
The show featured the Harrington case Friday evening, bringing it back into the spotlight nearly 3 years after Harrington disappeared.
Harrington was last seen alive at the Copeley Road bridge after a Metallica show in Charlottesville in October 2009. Her remains were found the following January by a farmer at Anchorage Farm.
The Harrington family and friends passed out anonymous tip cards around Charlottesville and Fairfax, in hopes of tips. DNA linked the suspect in Harrington's case to a man in Fairfax. The Harringtons firmly believe the suspect is someone who knows the Anchorage farm area.
If you know anything about Morgan's disappearance and death, call state police at 434-352-3467.
A more than $150,000 reward remains on the table for information that puts Morgan's killer behind bars.
