Dr. Patrick Woodward is treating bronchitis.
It's that irritating cough that scares your coworkers or people on the elevator.
Bronchitis usually comes on suddenly and can have both a dry or productive cough. It is worse if you have asthma or are a smoker.
Dr. Woodward suggests seeking medical attention if you run a fever, have wheezing, shortness of breath or if symptoms last greater than a week.
