RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Traffic on the Powhite parkway near the downtown expressway is running smoothly following a late night tractor-trailer crash.
It is not clear what caused the truck to flip but police say it was carrying beverages.
We are told there are no injuries and police have not said if charges have been filed.
