Breaking: Several Crimes near VCU

Good Tuesday morning from Gray. Here is a look at some of the stories we are working on for 12 News Today. A wet start to the morning but will the rain stick around throughout the day? Andrew has complete details in your work week forecast.

We are following breaking news out of Richmond. VCU and Richmond police are looking for the suspect in at least five crimes on or near VCU's campus last night. They all happened just minutes apart. VCU sent out at least two text alerts last night. The most recent, for an armed robbery near Cary and Belvidere.

Henrico police are still on the lookout for two men thought to be involved in a shooting at Regency Square Mall. We will show pictures released by the police department.

Plus, how clean is too clean? It's supposed to keep us healthy -- but this morning, new questions are being raised over hand sanitizers.We will have an update in a Health Alert.

Jerry Sandusky faces anywhere from 60 -- to more than 400 years in prison during his sentencing today.
