Police identify victim in Henrico west end homicide

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -

Henrico police say the man found dead in a car in the west end Sunday morning was an east end resident.

Roderick Lenard Moore, 25, was found shot in the head inside a car at the intersection of Shrader Road and Carousel Lane around 2 a.m. Sunday. The car he was driving had struck a building, when police arrived. A woman in the passenger seat had an injury to her ankle.

Police are asking anyone with information about this case to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
