The 2nd Street Festival was the heart and soul of the community Saturday.
Each year, thousands come to Richmond's Historic Jackson Ward to hear live music, enjoy great food and re-new old friendships.
The fun and the music start back up again Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
