RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A vigil will be held Thursday to remember a young man killed in Church Hill.
22-year-old Shaquan Mealey was found shot in Church Hill early Saturday morning. He later died at the hospital.
Officers arrested 36-year-old Gerard Harvell in Virginia Beach in connection to the shooting.
Family and friends will gather at 6 p.m. Thursday at Lucks Field playground. The playground is located on 20th Street behind Bethlehem Baptist Church.
