
The suspect in a deadly hit and run crash will not give an alibi for his whereabouts, according to court documents.
Many were baffled by the original filing, which said Elias Webb would put on an alibi defense. His attorneys had already admitted he was driving the car that hit and killed Lanie Kruszewski while she was riding her bike. However, he claimed he thought he had hit a deer.
Court papers filed by Elias Webb's attorneys correct a "typographical error" in the prior filing.
