Tootsie is a Jack Russell, black and white, 4 years old. Very friendly, spayed, spotted back, black patches over eyes and one ear, snubbed tail, brown eyes. She is wearing a metal chain around her neck, her tag is not on because she just had a bath but may be dirty from being outside now. Last seen 9/21/2012 in the McGuire neighborhood.
