The race for the White House will be running through Richmond yet again Tuesday. Vice President Joe Biden will be campaigning in Chesterfield.
The Secret Service was at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds early Tuesday morning getting the location ready for Vice President Biden's visit.
Last time Biden came to Virginia, he stirred some controversy. He told a largely African American crowd in Danville that republicans want to "unchain wall street" and put them back in chains. Some took offense to the statement.
Republicans naturally pounced on that statement. Biden told another Virginia crowd that they could help Obama win North Carolina. Democrats may hold their breath while Biden speaks but campaign leaders say he's still an effective campaigner.
The doors will open at the fairgrounds at 8:30 a.m.
