Parents who want to save money on children's items have many options this weekend.
Happening now in Bon Air - the Clothesline Consignment Sale draws hundreds of consigners selling more than 31,000 items.
"There's clothing, shoes, the gear, the strollers, books, toys pretty much anything you need for a baby on up through teens," said Lisa Martin, owner of the Clothesline.
That includes handbags, hats and headbands all priced at a fraction of retail.
"A Nintendo DS, a game, adapters for the charger and the case for 10 bucks," said consigner April Jordan.
Jordan discovered consignment years ago and has been hooked ever since.
"It's the thrill of the find. There's only one of everything and you just never know what someone's going to sell at a really great price."
Saturday only in Short Pump - the Christ Church Consignment Sale paves the way for parents to score amazing deals.
"We're going to have all kinds of winter clothing, from infants to preteen. We'll have coats, dresses, Halloween costumes, shoes and boots and ski equipment," said church co-leader Lisa DeSchazo.
You can expect to pay about 25% of the retail cost for new or gently-used merchandise.
"Some thing are going for 50 cents or a dollar."
Proceeds go to the church for community services.
Also Saturday only - Mothers of Young Children consignment in the West End.
This sale has grown every year since its inception in 1996.
"We usually have about 300 consigners that come in - each brings a couple hundred items," said leadership team member Kimberly Jenkins.
A pottery barn animal stacker, which retails for $130 - here, it's only $10. The mission, provide great deals for the public while giving back.
"We are a community based organization and we're able to help families with the proceeds as well."
All three sales give an additional discount toward the end of the sales.
