RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
A frustrating start to the week for several people living in Church Hill. Neighbors awoke Sunday to find their tires had been slashed in what Richmond police are investigating as an act of vandalism.
NBC12's cameras spotted approximately 20 vehicles on Marshall and Cedar streets with at least one flat tire. Others had multiple flat tires.
Many vehicles had been towed from the scene as of late Sunday morning.
