Investigators are working to determine the cause of a Richmond house fire, Saturday morning.
The call came in just before 6:00 a.m. for a two-story home in the 1900 block of Seddon Road. When crews arrived on scene, heavy fire could be seen coming from the roof.
It took firefighters about 30 minutes to get the fire under control.
A couple inside the home escaped without injury. A firefighter has been transported to Retreat Hospital, but is expected to be okay.
Investigators believe the fire may have started in a utility room or furnace room, but the exact cause remains under investigation.
