RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Richmond Police identified Sunday night's homicide victim as James Earl Porter, 39, of Richmond.
Porter was shot and killed in the 2300 block of Gordon Avenue around 11:36 p.m. Sunday.
Police say they are aggressively pursuing leads and are working to develop suspect information and establish a motive in this homicide.
