RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
An arrest has been made in the deadly hit and run on Walmsley Boulevard.
Richmond police say 34-year-old Taj Idrissa Conway turned himself in Friday afternoon.
He is being held without bond on a felony hit and run charge.
The hit-and-run on Walmsley Boulevard claimed the life of 33-year-old Shawn Smith, a father of a two-year-old son.
He was reportedly walking back home from 7-11 when he was struck.
