NORFOLK, VA (WWBT) -
President Obama is planning a return trip to the Commonwealth.
He's heading to Norfolk Tuesday - the same day as the start of the Democratic National Convention. He will appear at Norfolk State University.
The president appeared at Fort Bliss in Texas on Friday to mark the second anniversary of the end of the Iraq War.
