Patients are worried about the normal loss of the speed of recall of their memory. The peak speed of recall is between 25 - 35 years old, with a slow decline.
This is normal aging without an increase of dementia.
Even night time leg cramps that increase at night after age 50 is also a similar sign of normal aging.
