Tennis elbow- Lateral Epicondylitis

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -

Dr. Kelly McDonald is treating tennis elbow.

Lateral Epicondylitis is pain at the bone on the outer aspect of the outstretched elbow and pain at the elbow with gripping things .

This is often caused by repetitive back and forth wrist movements such as painting or swinging a racket.

Ice the area, use over the counter pain relievers, reduce or stop the activity. See your doctor if pain doesn't improve in seven to ten days.
