A woman was attacked and her car vandalized in downtown Richmond for refusing to turn down her music, according to police.
The woman was in her car on the 200 block of N. Foushee street around 1:46 a.m. when a group of three people came over and asked her to turn her music down.
When she refused, one of the women hit her in the back of the head with a bottle of spray-paint. The group then spray-painted the car before leaving the scene, police said.
The victim was taken to VCU Medical Center with a small cut to the back of her head. She's expected to be okay.
So far there's no detailed description of the suspects. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (804) 780-1000.
