
Dr. William Ferrar is finding that sleep problems are still occurring throughout the summer even with air conditioning.
Dr. Ferrar tackles two problems, a patient that can't sleep and her husband who snores.
For the non-sleeper, he recommends leaving the bedroom for 20 minutes, come back and read something boring, like a refrigerator warranty.
For the husband, his snoring is greatly increased when on his back. Dr. Ferrar suggests sewing a pocket in the middle of his night shirt and put a tennis ball in it. You will not have to nudge him anymore, the tennis ball will do the work.
