The Richmond School Board will host a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Monday night at City Hall. The board wants to hear from the community on rezoning south of the James.
The board has been trying to redraw the elementary school boundaries in an effort to save money. According to the Times-Dispatch, the board appeared to agree on a plan last month. The plan would keep most schools open.
Voting is expected to happen after the meeting.
