Heavy Rain Overnight

Good Wednesday morning from Gray. Here's a look at some of the stories we are working on for 12 News Today. Some folks got heavy rain overnight. Andrew will breakdown our rain chances for today and the rest of the week.

More trouble for the Postal Service. It could default on a five-point-five billion dollar payment to the Federal Government if Congress doesn't act today. We will explain what this means for your mail delivery.

There's a break in a deadly hit and run along Richmond's River Road. There are reports that police are now in possession of the car involved in the crash that killed 24-year-old Lane Kruszewski.

Beginning today, all new health insurance plans must provide eight preventive health services to women for free.  For women already in plans with co-pays or deductibles for those services, they will also be free, starting at their plan's next renewal date.
