Medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow)

Dr. Larry Benson is treating "golfer's elbow."

Medial elbow pain and inflammation is caused by overuse at the elbow and wrist.

The main symptom is pain that occurs at the medial elbow that may extend down the forearm and into the wrist. This commonly occurs with golfing, throwing sports and racquet sports.

Treat the problem with ice, anti-inflammatory medications and an elbow tendon strap.

Follow up with your physician if there is no improvement after 10 days.
