Insect bites

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

If you go outside for even a short period of time, do you find yourself itching for days?

Lauren Faig is helping her patients with bug bites at Primary Health Group - Retreat.

Prevention is the big key. Wear insect repellent when you are outdoors, especially at night.

Anti-itch cream can help. If you have several bites, you can take an anti-histamine to help with itching and inflammation .

See your doctor if you are experiencing body aches, fever, headache, nausea or vomiting.
