Chamberlayne gas station robbed late Saturday

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police are investigating a robbery at the B.P. in the 2900 block of Chamberlayne Avenue.

We're told at 11:16 p.m. Saturday, a man entered the store, displayed a handgun, and demanded money. That suspect then got away with an undetermined amount of cash.

The store's clerk wasn't hurt.

The suspect is described as a black male, between 30 and 40-years-old, between 5'9" and 5'11" tall, and approximately 170 lbs. The suspect was last seen wearing a camouflage hat, black shirt, and blue jeans.
