RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
Thousands of people in the Richmond area are waking up without power.
About 2,700 people were impacted by this outage at its height. A number of traffic lights were impacted as well.
Dominion crews are working to restore power by Friday afternoon. Until then, drivers are asked to treat any out traffic lights as a four-way stop.
