Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash in Hanover County involving a State trooper.
The crash happened at 3:45 p.m. Thursday in the 12000 block of Washington Highway, Route 1.
According to a witness, a vehicle failed to yield the right of way from a business parking lot and struck the trooper's vehicle as the trooper traveled northbound on Route 1.
The trooper and the driver of the second vehicle suffered minor injuries and were transported to the hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
