
The former owner of the dozens of horses seized from a Dinwiddie County farm is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
Dinwiddie County Animal Control seized 94 animals in May from the White Oak Road Farm. This was due to the malnourishment and poor condition of the animals.
The former owner now faces animal cruelty charges.
