Good morning from Gray. A wet start to this Tuesday Morning. Andrew is tracking the storm system and will let you know how long the rain will stick around. We're live with some areas dealing with flooding and Tracy is tracking the roads.

Later today -- the Henrico Commonwealth's Attorney could possibly drop capital murder charges against a man accused of killing his pregnant girlfriend.The woman was found stabbed to death in a parking lot. We'll preview the case.

We have an update on the E-Z Pass fee. This morning V-DOT is stepping back its plans to charge E-Z Pass users a monthly fee. The department says it will not charge existing users the proposed one dollar a month charge. We will tell you why newcomers will not be so lucky.
