Richmond Fire is on the scene of a 2-alarm fire.
The fire is in one of the rear buildings of a 3-story apartment complex at 600 Westover Hills Boulevard.
Firefighters believe it started on the first floor and worked through all three floors. When they arrived about 11:20, there was thick, heavy smoke billowing out of the building.
No injuries have been reported. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
