Monday's severe storm spawned a tornado in Goochland, the National Weather Service confirmed.
A storm survey Tuesday by the NWS Wakefield found that an EF0 tornado touched down near County Line Road to Hickory Hill Road. It also found straight-line wind damage from strong thunderstorm downbursts in the Oilville to Rockville area, with estimated winds of 80-100 mph.
The NWS is still conducting additional storm assessments for Henrico and may have an update Tuesday evening.
