These are two dogs found in the Chester area. Both are very sweet and clearly inside dogs. It looks like a mom and her pup. Our guess is that they got out early 6/22/12 and walked till the thunderstorms started. The asphalt has burned their paws quite severely so they are not moving a great deal.
