Police are looking for a man who shot two people in Downtown Richmond over the weekend.
A woman was grazed by a bullet and a man shot in the hand around 2:40 a.m. Sunday outside the Sky Lounge at 4 W. Broad St. Both victims are expected to recover.
The shooter was involved in a fight inside the club and asked to leave earlier that evening, according to police. However, they say he later returned with a gun and shot the pair outside. Police do not believe the victims were involved in the earlier altercation.
The shooter then ran away and as last seen heading north toward Marshall Street before police arrived. He is described as a black male in his mid 20s, standing 6'0" to 6'3" with a lean build and close-cut hair. He had a mustache and some chin hair and was last seen wearing a torn white t-shirt, possibly with blood stains, and red shorts, possibly basketball-style.
