RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -
City Council is expected to decide whether to study its current chicken ownership rules at a meeting on Monday.
According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the council may request that the city make changes to existing ordinances. This is in response to a rise in urban farming.
The council's resolution Monday would require a response within 30 days of the meeting
