FAIRFAX, VA (WWBT) – A Virginia man is now facing charges, accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a teenage girl.
Fairfax County Police say 39-year-old Noah Rucker, of Bristow, has been charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a minor while in a custodial or supervisory position.
Officers say Rucker had inappropriate contact with the 17-year-old girl back in 2001 while she attended James Madison High School, where he was a swim coach.
