COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA (WWBT) -
A three car crash involving a tractor-trailer shut down traffic on Interstate 95 south Wednesday morning.
The center and right hand lanes are blocked near Colonial Heights due to the accident investigation and clean-up. There's no estimate on how soon the lanes will reopen.
