Mona is a black, brown, and white beagle, long legged, has a neon orange collar (with name & contact info) AND a red vinyl Invisible fence collar.
Mona went missing on 5/23/12 - was last spotted on Chula Rd in Amelia County 6/2/12. Will come to either Mona or Wiggles.
