Hanover courthouse reopens after bomb threat

The Hanover County General District and Circuit Courts are now open after a bomb threat shut them down briefly Friday morning.

A bomb threat was called in to the court house around 8:15 a.m., leading to the evacuation of both buildings. Security sweeps by Sheriff's Office personnel, as well as bomb-detecting K-9s found nothing suspicious.
