All lanes back open on I-95 after overturned car in Richmond

All lanes of I-95 north are now back open following an accident near Boulevard.

An overturned vehicle shut down all lanes around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. The crash caused major delays for about an hour until the scene was cleared.
