Good Monday morning, it's Heather. The General Assembly goes back to work today to vote on the budget. But there's still a battle over some of the numbers. Investigators are trying to figure out what caused two separate mobile home fires over the weekend. One killed a 69-year-old woman in Chesterfield, another took a woman's life in Prince George. The Susan G. Komen Race for Cure on Saturday was a success despite fewer participants. Some protestors showed up and heckled the participants in Philadelphia.
