Breaking news out of Richmond — a body is found in the Battery Park area.
Just before 8 p.m. Friday, a call was made to police about a foul smell in the 600 block of Overbrook Road.
Once on the scene, police found a decomposed body.
It's too early to tell if any foul play is suspected.
