RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A jury will hear a key piece of evidence in the Christmas Eve double murder and abduction trial set for the end of the month.

A Richmond judge ruled suspect Jamal Clemons' interrogation will be allowed in court. In it, Clemons says, "I killed two people man, and I couldn't take it back."

The judge told lawyers Clemons made his apparent confession voluntarily and did not invoke his right to lawyer.
