CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Picking the right foods is a start for losing weight, exercise is the next step.

Exercise accounts for only about 25% of weight loss.  That does not mean it is not important though.

Studies have shown regular exercise keeps us mentally sharp, cardiovascular healthy and improves mood and decreases stress.
