HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Dr. Patrick Woodward has patients complaining about stuffy ears at Parham Primary Care.
There is a small pipe that controls pressure and fluid in your inner ear called the Eustachian tube and it can get blocked up.
The blockage occurs from head congestion - like with a cold, a sinus infection, and allergies.
While not usually dangerous, it can be very irritating. There are a few things you can do to unstop it. Your doctor can provide many different options to unplug the tube.
